TPM offers a range of training, support and recruitment services:

Apprenticeships: Nationally certified vocational training in business administration, childcare and hairdressing
Train to Gain: Government funded training for employed people aged 19 and over who haven’t yet achieved five GCSEs or a level 2 qualification
Foundation Diploma in Society, Health and Development: Government funded qualification for school pupils aged 14 to 19
Business Solutions: A complete package of services to help employers improve workforce skills, increase staff retention and step up productivity. Includes diagnostics and apprentice selection service.
Great Futures: A new, flexible “pick and mix” training programme developed by TPM to meet the needs of changing work environments.
Increased flexibility: Alternative curriculum programmes for school pupils aged 14 to 16
