Increased Flexibility
The Increased Flexibility Programme is a government initiative that allows pupils aged 14 to 16 to develop work-based skills whilst still at school. TPM offers a range of Increased Flexibility training services that includes vocational, skills and personal development courses.
We help schools and other educational or support agencies to build alternative curriculums tailored to pupils’ needs.
Our Increased Flexibility portfolio includes:
Introductory courses (from our Great Futures programme)
- behaviour and conduct
- rules, choices & consequences
- personal hygiene
- dyslexia screening
- literacy
- numeracy
- emergency first aid
- vocational tasters & experience in business administration, childcare and hairdressing
- Skills for Life initial assessment
- equality and diversity (L2 Unit - 4 Credits on QCF)
