Apprentice to Assistant Manager - Danielle Rycraft's successful career

Tpm alumna, Danielle Rycraft has quickly climbed the career ladder to become 'The Assistant Manager' of PLA Lettings' Walton branch. Responsible for overseeing various aspect of the branch business, including the accounts, liaising with tenants and landlords, staff recruitment and ensuring excellent customer service.

Whilst completing her Business Administration Apprenticeship, Danielle worked on placement in a letting agency. She says it gave her a very interesting insight into the scope and variation of the property sector. Over the last two years Danielle has trained for her Assistant Manager role whilst working alongside a PLA Director.

There are continued exciting career challenges for Danielle; she has now progressed her studies with the Association of Residential Letting Agents. The ARLA qualification requires knowledge of legislation covering tenure and housing law and of all the obligations and requirements of landlords, tenants and letting agents. This includes deposits, clients monies, insurance and health and safety.

Danielle aspires to open her own branch of PLA Lettings and she is well on her way to this new career goal. We are delighted and proud to have played a small part in the start of this journey and wish her every continued success along the way.
