We're Backing Young Britain - Are You?

Backing Young Britain logo

Training Plus merseyside is Backing Young Britain by offering work experience opportunities to school students including those with specific and severe learning difficulties; by providing apprenticeship opportunities within our business and by helping employers get apprentices started in their own businesses.

Backing Young Britain is a new Government campaign calling on organisations to create more opportunities for young people. Times are tough for young people who are leaving school or full-time education this summer. Yet they are the future of our workforce and it’s vital that they get the help they need now, to find a job, get training, or build their work skills and experience. We can and should all play our part.

Why don’t you pledge to become a volunteer mentor for a school or university leaver, offer work experience or work trial places, offer internships or apprenticeships, join a Local Employment Partnership, or bid for funding from the Future Jobs Fund?
