Celebrity Hair Salon HOOKA celebrates 3rd Birthday
Liverpool celebrity hair salon, HOOKA celebrated its 3rd Birthday in style recently. Owner Dion Padan (pictured 4th from right) a former tpm Advanced Apprentice was also recently awarded 'The Nations Favourite Hairdresser' by Head & Shoulders. Celebrity clientelle from Coronation Street and Big Brother, gathered at the Wood Street Salon. Dion and Ian epitomise everything that tpm considers good about work-based learning partnerships with employers. A strong commitment to training at college and in the salon. Learners have a comprehensive employer training manual and are afforded full work-based access by tpm staff throughout the day for assessment and observation. These are some of the successful aspects that Apprentices Hailey Shaw, Kristie Hunt, Amelia Buckham and Advanced Apprentices Suzanne Lunt and John Wraight (pictured below) benefit from in their learning.
