Dual award for Training Plus merseyside
Following two full days of observations and interviews with staff, clients and partners, Training Plus merseyside's Board of Directors is delighted to announce that the organisation has been re-recognised for the third time against the Investor in People standard. Alison McIntosh, the EMQC assessor, stated that the organisation's strengths against the IiP Standard were obvious to see.
This achievement is a dual event as the Company has simultaneously achieved the Matrix Standard for its information, advice and guidance services. In her feedback to the entire management team, Alison commented that the ethos of both standards was so uniquely embedded into the organisation.
Quality Improvement manager Janet Smart comments:
"The organisation's staff have always been proud of the Investor in People Award because they know what it means in terms of staff morale and professional development. Now we are especially pleased to have achieved the Matrix Standard Award because of what it says about the quality of our services".
