Two new staff members
The latest talent to join our 38-strong team of staff are Kathleen Mottram and Dennis Obwoya. Both will focus on improving recruitment services for employers and learners.
Kathleen, an experienced and qualified hairdresser, highlights what she’s bringing to her role at Training Plus merseyside
“When providing skills and training solutions to employers in the hairdressing sector, it’s important to know how a busy salon works - that’s where my expertise comes in”. 
Dennis, a graduate in business and IT, leads recruitment on the business and administration programmes. He explains how his background will benefit the company:
“Having worked with two large national recruitment agents has given me a keen understanding of the commercial needs of employers and the personal needs of candidates.”
Kathleen and Dennis are being supported and mentored by Neil Pritchard, our senior recruitment consultant responsible for recruitment onto the childcare programme and recruitment manager, Tracy Galvin. Tracy, along with the six members of the business development team, is responsible for ensuring Training Plus merseyside responds to clients’ demands for increasingly flexible services
