Connexions has been accessing apprenticeship training from Training Plus merseyside in various locations around Liverpool for five years. Since I came to this Connexions office we have qualified six students in business and administration with them.
As the reception manager at this office I really value the support that Training Plus merseyside provide our apprentices and the excellent communications they maintain with the apprentices and also with me. This has led to a great ongoing business relationship and is key to learners achieving their qualifications. Overall, our business really benefits by gaining well trained staff.
The staff at Training Plus merseyside are very supportive - enquiries are answered quickly and politely. Assessment staff maintain good communications and ensure that I am involved in the assessment planning and reviewing of learner progress every six weeks which is very important.
For me Training Plus Merseyside equals support, professionalism and communication. I would recommend them to other businesses without hesitation.
