I first heard about tpm in 2005, when I employed someone who had just started a course with them. Since then I’ve been using tpm’s services to train my staff as level 2 and level 3 business administration apprentices.
To date I’ve had six staff members complete qualifications with tpm: four at level 2, and two at level 3. A further two are currently working towards level 2 and another two towards level 3.
I work closely with tpm to select what training my staff should undertake, and this feeds into my staff reviews. I believe it’s important to be actively involved in the design of staff training to ensure both the individuals and the business benefit. Our tpm assessor certainly has a clear understanding of the skills our staff members need to master.
tpm are professional and friendly. They are helpful, supportive and approachable which is fundamental. They leave no issues unanswered and are always only a phone call away. tpm's trainers are exceptional, and they are caring, providing good quality advice and guidance when we need it. The training tpm provides is driving my business further, helping me to train staff to the best of their abilities.
