Role:	Claims and Finance Manager

I’m one of Training Plus merseyside’s many success stories. I joined as a business and administration level 2 trainee, straight from sixth form college and thirteen years later, I’m the claims and finance manager. My main responsibilities are managing the company’s daily accounts and processing government-funded learning contracts. My work involves managing bespoke electronic data-storage, retrieval and most importantly analysis of data trends.

My qualifications include: Advanced Business & Administration, Advanced Customer Service and foundation AAT diploma, and I’m currently working towards the intermediate diploma. All of my professional qualifications have been sponsored by my employer. The professional development I’ve received is the reason why I have stayed in this company.

What I most value about my company is that everyone wants to make a real difference and is working towards the same goal. Three words that best describe Training Plus for me are: welcoming, committed and supportive.
