My job responsibility involves the design, development and audit of effective quality systems and procedures for learners, staff and employers. This process enables the company to provide a method of continuous evaluation and improvement to ensure high standards are achieved.
I am a qualified Hairdresser, and hold TDLB D32, 33 & 36 and Level 3 Customer Service qualifications. I have over 20 years experience in managing training and have worked with prolific Liverpool companies before joining Training Plus merseyside. My current professional development plan includes Advanced Business Administration and Management level 4 qualifications.
I am passionate about ensuring our clients receive a quality service which is structured, supportive and meets individual needs.
