I am Business Development Consultant for tpm’s childcare programme and have worked here for six years. My main aim is to get young people into jobs, a role which I am extremely enthusiastic about and which gives me lots of job satisfaction.
I have a range of professional qualifications including TDLB Units D32, 33, 34, Health & Safety (placement vetting), Advice & Guidance Level 3, Safeguarding Children, Equal Opportunities (E.D.I Level 2). tpm sponsored several of these qualifications.
The level of support and professional development available at tpm is second to none. I feel privileged to work in an organisation that takes time and makes a real effort to enhance its staff. This dedication is mirrored with clients. A customer-focussed approach underpins all aspects of tpm’s services from providing advice to school leavers right up to delivering staff development solutions to business clients.
The company’s policies on equality and diversity, safeguarding and inclusiveness are particularly important because they encourage and support everyone to achieve irrespective of any difficulties or differences that individuals have – it’s a very safe place for learners.
I had worked at tpm previously and then left for another job opportunity. However, I returned to tpm because of the way I am respected and treated by staff, managers and directors here. Because of this, I feel qualified to promote tpm’s style of management, support and professional development.
