Vacancy Co-ordinator £14,600 Gross P/A
tpm require a qualified professional for the above post (37.5 Hrs/week).

Successful applicants will demonstrate the following minimums at application and interview:

  • Experience of recruiting young people aged 16-18 onto apprenticeships
  • Business to business tele-sales experience
  • Ability to generate and close vacancies from cold leads
  • Ability to maintain and develop existing business with a minimum of supervision

Childcare Tutor / Assessor £18,270 Gross P/A
tpm require a qualified professional for the above post (37.5 Hrs/week).

Successful applicants will demonstrate the following minimums at application and interview:

  • 4 years occupational experience
  • TDLB (*D32/33) or (*A1/2) & actively used this in the last year
  • Personal occupational NVQ L2 & L3 qualifications or equivalent
  • Personal Key Skills qualifications @ L1, L2 & L3. Desirable
  • The highest levels of motivation and obvious ability to motivate learners to achieve Apprenticeship Frameworks
  • Track record of work performance and client success rates
  • Ability to be a disciplined and accountable individual / team player
  • Full clean driving license & daily use of own car (mileage paid @ 40p per mile).

All appointments are subject to: 1 year fixed term contract with a view to permanent position, satisfactory CRB Enhanced Disclosures, employer references and *probationary salary (*depending upon qualifications and experience).
