Raising workforce skills
Companies can pick and mix from our range of vocational, skills and personal development courses for their staff. Some employees will be eligible for government funding whilst others can be privately funded. We can help employers develop a package of training to suit their budget that brings together elements of government-subsidised and privately-funded courses that might include:
- free apprenticeship training in hairdressing, childcare and administration for staff aged 16 to 24
- free NVQ training in hairdressing, childcare and administration for staff aged 25 or over who have not yet achieved an NVQ level 2 or equivalent
- a range of personal development courses in subjects such as Equality and Diversity
Getting the right people
We know getting the right person for the job is important. This is why we provide a free selection and introduction service for employers recruiting apprentices to their workforce.
