£18,120 p/a
12 month fixed term contract with a view to permanent position
Applicants must demonstrate the following minimums on their application form and at interview:
- proven track record of performance against targets
- high level of self-motivation, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- proven ability to relate to others effectively, and to young people in particular.
- minimum of Skills for Life level 3 in either numeracy or literacy (and prepared to gain and teach the other)
- minimum of C&G 7307/Cert. Ed or equivalent
- at least 2 years experience teaching Skills for Life and/or Key Skills to student groups
